Resting nuclear Power Plant in Ignalina, Lithuania.

The Power Plant of Ignalina was generating electricity for decades until had to be stopped when Lithuania became a member of the European Union. 

As the same reactors were used as in Chornobyl, the construction of the Power Plant wasn´t finished. There had to be three reactors but the project ended with two units.

Unit 1 was closed in December 2004, and Unit 2 was closed in December 2009.
